About
I photograph places the way a guest remembers them

Most of my work starts with a booking of my own.
I spend much of the year driving between the Cotswolds, Somerset and the north — old inns, farmhouse conversions, small country hotels. Somewhere along the way, photographing where I stayed turned from habit into work, and owners started asking for the pictures.
That's still how I shoot. I arrive the night before, eat where guests eat, and watch how the light moves through the rooms before I set anything up. Nothing is over-styled and nothing is over-lit; the aim is a set of images that look like the best version of a real morning at your property.
I work with natural light wherever possible, shoot on both digital and film, and hand back a consistent, colour-graded library sized for your website, listings, press and social.
